Accessibility Statement

We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and hold ourselves to the following standards:

• All pages include a skip-to-content link so keyboard users can bypass navigation.
• All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators.
• Contact modals and navigation drawers include focus trapping so keyboard users stay oriented.
• All images carry descriptive alt text.
• Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information.
• Text maintains sufficient contrast against its background on all surfaces.
• Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query; all non-essential motion is suppressed automatically. The motion reduction toggle in our accessibility widget provides an additional in-page control.
• Non-Latin script (Devanagari, Kannada) is rendered with appropriate lang attributes so screen readers announce the correct language.

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of the site are currently in progress:

• Property search: the IDX/MLS search integration is pending Phase 2 development. The stub page meets accessibility requirements; the live search will be audited on integration.
• Third-party embeds: any future embedded map or third-party widget will be evaluated for accessibility before deployment.

This website is built with Next.js (App Router), React, and Tailwind CSS. It relies on the following technologies for conformance:

• HTML5 semantic structure
• WAI-ARIA attributes where native HTML semantics are insufficient
• Radix UI primitives (dialog, navigation menu, select) which provide accessible keyboard and focus behavior out of the box
• CSS prefers-reduced-motion media query
